Originally filled into ex Bourbon casks in 2001, our Bladnoch 17 Year Old was disgorged and re-filled into red wine casks for vibrant, complex flavours.

The Bladnoch 14 Year Old is aged exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks.

Limited batch release of only 2000 bottles, these 100% first fill Amontillado Sherry Hogshead casks are a well-balanced experience of smoky campfire and white chocolate.

With notes of polished oak and plum jam, this Sherry Hogshead Peated Single Cask adds a different dimension to the 2023 Peated Collection.

Distilled in 2009, this Bourbon Barrel Peated Single Cask has confectionary notes with smoky vanilla custard.

‘Alinta’, an indigenous Australian word meaning ‘fire’ and ‘flames’, utilises PX Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks combined together with a sweet smoky peated spirit.

Liora embodies the delicate balance between the intensity of the new oak and the sweetness of the bourbon casks.

Distilled in 2009 using a Rum Cask, this Peated Single Cask gives a sugary sweet and smoky taste experience.

Single Cask number five has been matured in a Bourbon Barrel and distilled in 2007.

The 6th and rarest Single Cask is our Black Label Bottle from older Bladnoch archived stocks. This year, our Master Distiller has chosen a very special Manzanilla Sherry Cask for our Exclusive Release.

The 19 Year Old is matured in Pedro Ximenez casks for delectable notes of dark liquorice and dried apricots.

Single Cask 2024/05 is a marvellous Sherry Butt, bottled at cask strength, with 660 bottles produced.

Our first Single Cask 2023, exclusively hand selected by Dr Nick Savage, is from a 1st fill Bourbon Barrel, distilled in 2008.

Our second Single Cask is a beautiful example of a whisky matured in an Oloroso Sherry Butt, distilled in 2006.

Made from two exceptional casks of Whisky, the Bladnoch 30-year-old Release is matured in a combination of Oloroso and Moscatel Sherry casks.

Single Cask 2024/01 is an exceptional Sherry Butt; bottled at cask strength, with 219 bottles produced.

Cask 120, distilled in September 2017 and bottle in January 2022 is a decadent Oloroso Sherry Butt cask, offering delightful notes of Crème Brûlée, Cream and Caramelised Sugar.

Single Cask 06 is an exceptionally rare, Black Label expression. Matured in an Amontillado Sherry Hogshead, bottled at cask strength, with 281 bottles produced.

For Wave I the 1,500 litre Amontillado Sherry tun was filled with a combination of exceptional ex-Bourbon cask whiskies from across Bladnoch's maturing stocks to showcase how whiskies develop over time.

Single Cask 2024/03 is a decadent Canasta Butt, bottled at cask strength, with 676 bottles produced.

Dragon Series: Iteration II is the first distillery production stage. The malted barley from the field is taken through the three key processes of mashing, fermentation and distillation.

Dragon Series: Iteration III in the series showcases another primary source of variability within the parallel process of cask coopering. A multitude of variables must be considered, ranging from oak species and the growth environment, through to the technical challenges of toasting, charring and seasoning.

Single Cask 2024/02 is a delightful Bourbon Barrel, bottled at cask strength, with 170 bottles produced.

Matured in a unique combination of 1st fill Bourbon and 1st fill Sherry casks for notes of fresh apple, sweet floral grass and hints of chocolate.

Drawing parallels with Whisky production, The Dragon Series showcases the scale of variability encountered throughout the process, which is seemingly chaotic and unpredictable. However, using the skills, knowledge and experience of the craftsman of today, and of those before us, the final whisky always become beautiful through each of these golden iterations.

Our third Single Cask Matured in an Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, which showcases some of the finest barrels of aged Bladnoch Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled in 2002.

Dragon Series : Iteration IV focuses on the longest, the most complex and least understood process of maturation. Casks filled with new make spirit undertake years and decades of interactions with their environment, building an unpredictable structure for the whisky to come.

Dragon Series: Iteration I is the origin for all of our whisky. Barley is harvested annually from the farmers field before undergoing the process of malting. The resulting malted barley gives us the main raw material for our distillery.
